Accessibility at The Hall

Ensuring that everyone can access and enjoy The Hall is a top priority for us. Here's what we offer to make sure our space is accessible to everyone:

Wheelchair Accessibility: Due to the building’s Grade I-listing, we are unable to accommodate wheelchair users inside The Hall. Please be aware that there are four steps to access the downstairs rooms, and 33 steps via a wooden staircase to the upstairs rooms.

Accessible Parking: We provide designated parking spaces close to the entrance for Blue badge holders. Please contact events@moultontrust.org to reserve your parking spot.

Assistance Animals Welcome: Service animals are welcome at our venue.

Carer Tickets: Guests with accessible needs are entitled to a free carer ticket for one personal carer who accompanies any disabled guest. Please note that you must purchase at least 1 full-priced ticket to be able to qualify for a free carer ticket.

Please contact events@moultontrust.org with a copy of a Access Card or Personal Independence Payment (PIP) Certificate to reserve your free carer ticket.

We welcome feedback from guests on how we can improve accessibility further. Our goal is to continuously enhance the accessibility of The Hall.

At The Hall, we believe that everyone deserves to enjoy their experience fully, and we are committed to providing a welcoming and inclusive environment for all. If you have any specific accessibility needs or questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.
